I'm starting college this Fall but I want to get a job to work while I go. I have a pretty decent resume already in retail and I don't want to get into a trade.
What are some jobs without a degree I could get? Maybe with a certification. $14/hour + would be ideal

Your best best is probably an internship/co-op position.

Carpentry. Be a fucking man.
My first job was hauling brick up ladders for construction. It paid $16 an hour.
Or you could be an asshole on YouTube for money. Your choice.

+1 for your asshole on YouTube.

>yfw ~45% of kids aged 8-16 listed "youtuber" as their first career preference
>yfw career youtubing is only going to continue growing and is completely within reach for a lot of people
Why not go back to retail? If you've got some experience under your belt you can probably pick up an assistant managing position for more $$
Usually manual labor in the outdoors whether it's construction or landscaping or some kind of really irritating stuff like that pays well. Alternatively you could look for a growing industry and work your way to a management position. Clothing in my area is doing poorly, a whole mall nearby is closing down and several stores in another one are closing, but restaurants are booming so if I wanted to move up I'd look for something like that.

Career youtubing isn't as viable as it was and it's very hard to get in on now. The money isn't as good either.

This too, although I'd push for part time if you're going to college
