I want to try getting /fit/ but my negative thoughts keep eating away at me so i just keep telling myself to do it tomorrow but never really end up doing it. HELP !

Congrats on starting. As you can see that was not too difficult and only took a couple minutes. Now you just have to do that every day or two. Once it starts getting easier then you just do more of everything.
