Every time I look at myself in a video, I can't help but think that my body movement is like that of a manchild despite being 27 years old. I walk like I have no total control of my body and I noticed that I keep doing things out of impulse. This has been bothering me and I can't help but feel so insecure about myself.
How do I fix this? I want to fucking smack myself for looking so fucking stupid in the public eye.

Posture is key. Make sure you balance out your workout. Do your research or see a trainer. Lots of guys work chest and arms because that's what they see in the mirror. You want to work back to pull the shoulders back. Otherwise you'll be hunched forward. Working back actually brings out your chest.
Also, get orthopaedic shoes. They cost ~$600 but are so worth it.
