I recently started programming, specifically Python, two weeks ago. I read half of the introduction book and applied its practices in 3 days but I couldn't continue because of a sudden stress buildup I experienced. I can't study for shit because I can't focus on the subject I am reading and if I try my hardest on focusing, I can't allocate enough brainpower on the subject because I am spending all of it trying to nullify this stress buildup. I experience this in every part of my life, during studying math, physics, english, history and so on. Obviously I am a student and this situation started affecting my grades. What can I do to solve this problem?
Are you a highschool or college student? I used to be in similar shoes because my state is backwoods so i had to teach myself programming. I killed two birds with one stone and got rid of my stress by learning programming through game design. Still do this to this day in my college career and im pretty badass at java and c# if i do say so myself. Put me pretty far ahead of everyone else

Its my last year at high school. Sounds pretty cool that you have made it, mind if I ask which resources have you used to learn Java and C++?
