Still have to cross the border for that. You can lock down vanilla coke in some novelty stores, but the only real place to get it regularly would be from the Coca Cola Freestyle machines, and some 7/11 locations from the fountains.

You have to check random convenience stores. I found both several times ( I'm in Kitchener, it's probably way easier in Toronto)
