Mine is still fresh so yes I've been dwelling on it. I'm giving myself a timeline of allowing myself to be in my feelings for awhile and then start to slowly pull myself back together if even possible. I start therapy soon so hopefully that will aid the progression.

I just feel hurt confused and miserable and not only is my emotional state a wreck the no appetite and sleep thing is fucking me up too.
