If you smoked even 5 cigarettes a day you may be addicted.

Just because most men do it does not mean it is normal or not an addiction. It is an addiction and your lack of control is evident if that.

Its not like cigarettes where you can just not buy them, you have easy access to pot virtually all the time if you have a smartphone. There is no easy way to stop but try limiting it to once a day, and then every other day and see how well you do at that.

You may not see the detrimental effects porn and masterbation have caused, but it does take its toll, even if that is just your time. I tend to get depressed and enter a downward spiral when I masterbate regularly.

Tldr: It'll do you good to quit, maybe try nofap but it is really hard once you've gone this far
