I lost all my friends in pure selfishness and mistakes over the course of a year...I realize what ive did and changed my ways over the past year, I repented and still feel guilty to this day

I only have 1 friend. my ex but I'm in a relationship. so its pretty much zero

I'm alone...my relationship/bf is as interesting as a potato but its beats being completely alone.

how do I make friends and start from scratch when I burned all my bridges?

As for making friends, you have to figure out what kind of hobbies/pursuits are available in your area. E.G. shooting, table-top games, etc and try a bunch of them out proactively to try to meet people.
