How does one who has only a high school diploma and no marketable skills find a job that is not part time? There are plenty of janitors in want at all times, and as long as the janitor is a fast worker they can be counted on to keep their job, but how can one convince their bosses they're useful as more than a janitor in under 3 months?

It teaches kids barely any usable skills for 12 years, causing them in some studies to suffer from more stress than the average working adult and gives them no marketable skills at all.
