But really it depends on your genetics there are people in their 100s who smoke over 60 a day but you aren't likely to be one.
Smoking is one of the stupidest thing you can do and even if you manage to give them up it can come back and kill you years after.

Doing so will significantly increase your risk of dying from cancer and heart disease. Also you will spend most of your life craving extra cigarettes, which is more miserable than just not smoking at all.
