This has been extremely out of hand since calling the police has done nothing. Living in the country, everyone tends to know each other, so calling the cops is a get-together for them. My neighbors play music from the day time well into the night that shakes my WHOLE HOUSE. i'm asking is there some DIY device to explode their speakers?

Something like this could work actually assuming you know what song they're playing you could edit the track to play the inverse frequency effectively canceling out the sound. Same theory as used in noise canceling HP's, you would just likely need huge speakers..
