What is this tower worth? Can it run GTA V and newer games?

The graphics card seems like shit.

I'd there a system to reading graphics cards or is it just by what's the latest?
- Upgrade to a GPU with more VRAM and you should be good (4GB Nvidia prefered)
- If u can get a unlocked cpu with a liquid cooler it'd be better WAY BETTER)
Don't purchase a pre-built computer, build your own. At least look online for some used ones, someone I know purchased one with an i7-2600, 8GB of RAM, and a 1TB HDD for $240. He tossed in a GTX 1050 Ti and is now gaming nicely.
I agree with the posters above. Get a better Graphics card, you'll be able to play with this rig, but "newer" games might become an issue later on. Rather get a proper graphics card now and save yourself the trouble of upgrading in a years time.
Whoever still buys HDDs nowadays is either poor or stupid.
I am using an 4th generation i5 (2012) with a GPU from that time (amd 7850 OC)
If your goal is not maximum possible graphics, which you will not achieve with that computer anyways, any used i5 or i7 will run any games you want, so don't pay more than 150-200 bucks for a used one, invest the rest of your budget into a graphics card depending on the games and settings you need.
with my old build i can still play metro last light in full HD with nice optics, and games like LOL or Heroes of the storm in 4k
