Beginning with myself because I'm the fucking OP.

>work for 40 hours a week
>sit inside and do nothing on my freetime
>very occasionally get into a videogame that i'll play until finish, or drop ten minutes in, it varies a lot
>look out the window
>"man, I should go out and get some air, even exercise and lose weight, I really need that"
>don't because of dozens of excuses, laziness, and/or because "I'm already at my computer anyway, so I'll do it another day"
>have various things I'd be interested in getting into like drawing, watching series, give making digital music a try, getting fit, find friends, even just go out and chill in the sun with some music playing in my ears
>"Meh, I'm at my computer, something could come up, I could be missing out on irritating shitposting to argue and debate and get angry over! MAYBE I'll feel like starting up one of the dozens of videogames I have, but nah, I'll probably get bored ten minutes in, why bother?"
>stare at my monitor until i go to bed
