Hello /adv/,
I am about to enter my senior year of High School (not underage, 18) and I decided that I'm going to save myself from being an loser into adulthood because I've been one all my life and sort of accepted it and became a complacent anon. I want to be okay during college and maybe even be somebody. School starts soon and I want to really take care of myself to get a higher self image, to lose some weight quick I started a keto diet but there's one problem: my skin is terrible and there's nothing I can to do that seems to be working. I've tried medicine, creams, the works and nothing is helping. How did you get your skin clear, /adv/?

Dietary changes usually cause skin problems. Your body is used to releasing a certain amount of oils, when you suddenly change your body chemistry through diet and excersize it will shock that system at first. Just keep eating good foods not filled with grease, wash your face DAILY with facial cleanser/foaming cleanser, and most of all be aware that most teenagers have to deal with acne so even the popular kids probably feel for you on some level.
