I contacted the home owner/future roommate about wanting to rent her available room and that I would be able to move by the end of the month
She didnt reply until about 4 hours after with 'OK'
I dont know how to respond to that
Do I just assume that Im in and ask her to send me the roommate contract/lease by email?
It's been more than 10 minutes and she hasnt followed up with anything
Also, what kind of pictures should I have her send me/see before I move in?

Im moving to a different city 4 hrs away, but Ill be away for vacation til the end, get my stuff from my parent's and drive over there
So I really need the guarantee that Ill have the room when I get there
I simply asked her if she had a roommate agreement she could let me fill so we could talk about it
She didnt reply but Im assuming perhaps it was getting late or something

Consider this, do you really want a landlord that is lazy as shit and even when potential business is involved just replies with a lazy "OK"?
Imagine dealing with paperwork when involved with someone like this.
