I called some guy for a job I saw online, he said

I made a mini resume text (really well I might add). I don't think he's the boss, probably just a higher up who's handling the new hires. Its for a machine shop. The next day he called me back, but I got really sick and couldn't get out of bed and finally noticed the missed call at night [this was Friday] now its Saturday...Should I call him or respect his weekend? or text? should I wait until Monday? What if he wanted a interview? He said
