Hello, /adv. I had surgery on the 2nd for a double deviated septum and the pain is driving me crazy. Is there anything I can do to make the recovery better? I go back to the hospital on the 11th to have the stints removed. The nurse said it would be normal to have tingling and pain in my front upper teeth for the first 5 days but it's just aggravating. And sleeping with my head propped up is killing my neck. Has anyone else here gone through this thing? Any helpful advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

In the same board here anon. Literally had my procedure yesterday, and i'm still waiting for the point where i can open my mouth without my nose hurting.
Did you get any specific prescriptive drugs? I got co-codomal, which is super strong but might be enough for the teeth if you got them.

Ask on a plastic surgery forum like realself. They prescribed you pain meds right?
