What the fuck is this shit
Typically I only fap once a week. But i fucked up and fapped twice yesterday, and twice today.. I feel like absolute shit. Almost like being hungover, I have a headache, I feel very anxious, I just feel really fucking uncomfortable. I'm so mad at myself for fapping today. After doing it twice yesterday I should have stopped because I felt off. But i sat at the computer all day and it just happened.
How do I make this feeling go away, I feel like shit

You could have caused an inflamed prostate. It's happened to me a couple of times before. Don't be tempted to fap again, that's the worst mistake you can make, I've done it before and it wasn't pretty. Just relax, drink plenty of water, get plenty of sleep, and if it doesn't go away in a couple of days, go and see a doctor. Or go and see a doctor tomorrow if it gets worse.
If you feel lightheaded seek immediate medical attention. I'm not a doctor, of course so only you can determine if you feel sick enough to go seek help now.
