I had a surgery on my leg, now i have to walk with crutches for a month and a half, i'll go back to school with crutches.

How do i make the experience less shitty?
I can't walk a lot with them, hurts my palms, my toes are sticking out ( they're also a bit long and weird )

Basically any tips for crutches in school?

Be sure they are the same length. It may sound obvious but i had similar injury about half a year ago and i didn't realize one of my crutches was a bit longer and i hurt my wirst.
