Games are fine. They only become problem when you rather play games than solve your real life problems.

Also moba and mmo rpg are huge time sinks. Try some single player games. And adopt sport. Swimming is god tier cardio designed for people who spend 8 hours behind monitor to counter muscles imbalances and dont move enough.

See I didn't even want to play anymore but did it out of habit instead of fixing problems. I didn't have fun, I knew I was doing something wrong but could not stop.
