I feel really anxious, I'm too aware of my breathing I feel my body raising, my chest, sometimes between my back and chest or belly rising without my hands on it, sometimes I feel my nose and I'm pretty sure I'm hyperventilating. How to calm down? How to be normal again?

>take a deep breath in through your mouth, out through the nose
>do that 2 more times and on the last one gently close your eyes
>resume breathing how your body naturally feels like it should, don't try to adjust it
>focus on the contact between you and what you're laying on, feel the pressure between you and the surface
>try to visualize the shape you're imprinting on the surface and look at it from different angles with your mind
>now listen for noises around you and let it surround you
>then gently think about your breathing again
>feel the air rush into your body and see how it changes with your breath
>last, let your mind do whatever it wants and note where it goes. If it goes somewhere dark, gently nudge the thought away and think about the surface you were imagining earlier
>do this for a while and open your eyes
