Need help planning my day/time management.

I write down all the things I need to do in time blocks on a todo list, and I also use the pomodoro method to complete tasks. The problem is I do a few, and then I take a long break/lose focus. I don't understand how I can get more than 2 hours of focused work done. The most hours of focused work (in pomodoros) is about 5 hours.

I need help. I've tried various methods but I get the same results.

Some suggestions:
* I think you should get rid of the time blocks.
* Make your list daily only.
* Create a separate "DONE" section for completed tasks
* Designate a highest priority task with a "TODAY" statement: "If I do _____ and only this, today will be a good day.

Also, maybe your problem isn't time management but emotion/thought management:
* try and get a good night's sleep (7-9 hrs)
* meditate to help calm down and focus
