I went nofap for 2 weeks, relapsed 2 days ago and I have been beating it nonstop.

The problem isn't the fapping itself, is for people like me that have made it into a negative ritual and makes their life actually worse. Like problems getting erections, which I'm trying to solve before I get laid again.

I'm not only (getting back into) doing nofap, I've also started exercising and working in other personal goals. Like some other anon said, thinking that fapping is the only source of all your problems is retarded, but stopping doing it is a good supplement to help your other goals
