If you can manage to get one of those in a grocery store, you'll just need to fit the tip of the spray inside the hole where they come from. Shoot it up until you see the foam coming out of the whole.

Guaranteed they won't come out to bother you again.

Seriously. Unless you are renting at the Crack Motel call the front desk and have them move you. If they can't then have them discount your room, you shouldnt have to do maintenance on their property.
