I got a job through more or less nepotism and it sucks dick. Its a hot factory and im constantly getting shit for not being loud enough(the owners nearly deaf) and fast enough(drinking water because its hot as fug). It's only been 6 days and the job only pays $3 more than min wage. I'm probably too stupid/timid to ever get a better job and I think my parents will hate me for quitting. What should I do? I kind of just want to fuck off and starve somewhere.

do it for AT LEAST a whole month, better three. you will adapt to a degree and learn some skills.

First few weeks are usually stressful as fuck in any job. You'll get routine and will feel more comfortable after a certain time and that will make stuff a lot easier to bear
