I'm 22 yrs old, I've been excercising everyday, I run 1 hours a day, I do heavy weights and I feel fine, but sometimes I had this feeling like I have to vomit when I take a breath, this is really scary, like last night I was in my bad I was concenctrating on my breathing and I suddenly felt like I have to vomit, it never happened before, but I also started coughing and felt like something has to come out, any idea what it could be?
Are you drinking enough fluids? Asthma?

Could be a mental health problem or some underlying condition. Can't really tell. Try to cut down on exercise and see if the problem is still there. If yes, then get a doctor's appointment.
