I usually get migranes after I finish my sport session hiw do I prevent/stop them?
Drink more water.
Go to a neurologyst, he'll give you some kind of medicine that you put under your tongue to melt and then migraine disappears after some time. You have to be 18+ for the medication ( just in case letting u know )
Until then, just regular painkillers should do the trick, take some and if it's a mild migraine, go and rest in a dark silent room.

As they've said, water is super important to avoid headaches. You can track many headaches to dehydration. If you drink very little water for two days and then exercise, there you have it. Sodas and other meme drinks don't help.

As a person that had migraines my whole life, cover your head if you are under the sun and always keep your head cold with water and if you can, a towel with ice around your neck.
What sport do you do anon?
By the way, migraines are directly related to your diet, you must eat healthier anon.
Save me making an thread since its also similar to op
Lately my head has been spinning and feeling "fuzzy"
