I'm a pretty angry person, and I've been trying to controlling it. It doesn't seem to work, and I get really heated over stupid shit. I think that the best thing for me to do is to learn how to use it in a beneficial way, instead of letting it be self-destructive. Does anyone have any advice on how I should go about doing this?

eat, metal music, boxing or weight lifting, walking outside
I use martial arts to channel my anger. Something aggressive, like Northern Shaolin Kung Fu might be right up your alley. It really helped me blow off some steam.

>boxing, weight lifting
This basically. I get fucking angry in every competitive thing ever, from games to sports. When i get really angry I begin to do push ups (since I'm a lightweight person I do them with claps) until I get tired.
Other alternatives are buying a (don't know the name hehe) box bag and punch it till you get tired or out of anger; or do the same for lifting; you can also do pull ups if you have somewhere to do them.

are you me? I'm always in aggro mode.
I just bottle it up until someone pushes me over the edge.

Off topic but if I grew my hair out and made that expression I would look exactly like that guy. (Hair is very thin in front)
I'll try those things, but is there a way to use it as a motivation? I usually start to feel defeated, because it doesn't feel like I have control over it

Mmm if you find it out, write a book about it, I would definitely buy it. At least for now you can do exercise and get fit.

Have you ever had a public meltdown?

A couple of times, but it was a several years ago. I'm pretty apathetic now, thinking it would help me calm down, but now I just have meltdowns in private
