I've been feeling weird feelings in my head
>burning sensations
>poor concentration and memory problems
>de-realization
>face twitch
>moments of dizziness
>feeling of not breathing while sleep
>pain in back left of head
>weird feeling on left side
is this my health anxiety playing tricks on me again or is this serious ? should i go to the doctor ? i've been having panic attacks every night thinking about this

This sounds uncanny, to be blunt. I'm 26 and have been dealing with an anxiety disorder in a class of its own. The symptoms you're listing sound like the day-to-day bullshit that I sometimes suffer long periods of. It might feel like you're literally dying from some nonsense or another, but you're not. Ditch any and all caffeine, get affectionate physical contact when able, do some simple cardio to burn off excess adrenaline, and just do some random shit that helps you to relax in general. Diphenhydramine can be a decent, nonaddictive, OTC day-to-day crutch.
