I have zero friends.

Drifted apart from my friends when we all went to separate universities, I ended up dropping out.

Currently I'm 21 and looking for work, so I have a lot of free time. I have no friends at all and haven't had any for a couple of years. I usually don't mind being alone, but for the past couple of months it has been bothering me more and more, it's really depressing me now.

I play a lot of PC games in my spare time and still have a few of my old friends on Steam. I tried talking to a few of them and I either got totally ignored or fobbed off, which is making me feel even worse.

It seems as though I need to give up on trying to re-connect with my old friends because it isn't happening. what do I do and how do I make new friends?
