So basically I've been having these thoughts that I'm not breathing the right way, it is almsot like I'm in constant hyperventilation I legit feel the need to take FORCED breaths, the problem is that I when I take a breath sometimes I feel my chest pushing out, sometimes inside the chest like between the chest and back air filling up my lungs or something, sometimes I feel my abdomen muscles only pushing out, and this freaks me out, I legit feel like I'm not breathing the proper way as funny as it sounds, yes I'm not dead, I don't cough etc, It seems fine but there some mental thing behind this and I need to calm down, I need to know how to breath properly. It sounds absolutely trollish but it's not, I legit might be this retarded. Sometimes I feel like people treat me differently based on where I feel the sensation in my body etc. It's really weird
go to doc
tell him/her
will show you
or go youtube
Both ways are fine. The muscle in your abdomen is your diaphragm and it does that normally. Your chest is another fine place to put air. Anyone who learns proper singing technique learns about these.
