this is a really ambiguously worded question.

i would say therapy. we can't offer you psychoanalysis without knowing who you are and how you act.

but from your description, you sound pretty depressed. most young people are able to be motivated one way or another.

Sorry, I was just putting some of my feelings to text in a way. I went to a therapist once and told me nothing was wrong and put me on ssris but they made me feel shit for like 4 months and i can't remember anything that happened during those months. I guess you could say I have no goals or aspirations and life and just looking for advice in what to do when hit a wall.

You may find yourself experiencing one or all of those drives in just a few years.

Do you have any interests? Do you have a social circle with whom those interests can be shared?

A social group can push you into constructive habits - the happiest, most productive people I met at University were those who began their careers with a basic interest or desire and built on it by sharing it with friends / colleagues.

Something as valuable as that might not come right away, but it might be good to take the first steps toward finding it (despite your lack of motivation). Good luck to you!

Well heres the thing my social group as it stands right now are just people i knew in high school and these days only hang around to do drugs and in which, I don't do anymore. I can't really think of any interests. I've started trying to produce music and so on but yeah.

if nothing stimulates you, you might have adhd.

people with adhd can't get stimlulated by anything, so they naturally fall into a depressive state.

your shrink was bad and didn't care about your issues, try to find another one.

yeah possibly I guess I'll try see another. It's so annoying tho, everyone seems to know what they like, i just have no drive. I never did great at school.
