Anyone else for much experienced with anxiety?

Basically I've been offered a job I'm really looking forward to, but I'm so anxious that something is gonna screw up before it starts that will make me lose the opportunity.

It's making me sleep less and I barely have an appetite.

Anyone have some non-medicated methods for calming myself down?
