i personally need a hobby to stop developing obsessions cuz those are all burnt out now and i dont have jack to do

leave your computer at a friends house. then go do charity for a full month. when you get back you'll have had plenty of time to fix your dopamine levels and will be ready to try new things.

This is just an idea. You can use the website "meetup" and check out the groups that are active in your area. At the very least this will give you a chance to meet new people and see if you click. You dont have to continue with a group if it sucks
