1) Google the person's name, read their posts on Facebook and other message boards, find out what they are interested in
2) Find their profile on another, more-anonymous-than-facebook platform, such as steam, message boards, discord, etc
3) Join any community they're a part of, try to make friends with them
4) Friends get benefits, such as email addresses, phone numbers, personal information about their lives
5) At this point you have a number of options:
i. Use the info you have gained about your new friend to guess his password, secret questions, etc
ii. Send him a link via email to a fake Facebook login page that you have setup - you can use this to see everything he types into the login/password fields
iii. Persuade your new friend to give you access to his Facebook somehow, or perhaps ask to borrow one of his gaming accounts, and hope he uses the same passwords for everything

Real hacking isn't like it is in the movies, you don't type very fast for 20 seconds while shit flies around on your screen, until suddenly "I'm in!" This shit takes effort, which is why you'll never do it.

You would need to key log their phone or computer which is incredibly hard to do because those are very hard to disguise
Only other option is phishing.

get onto his/her personal computer and steal cookies

or

make him/her log into your rooted phone which has a keylogger installed (did this once) or a screen recorder running.

either way just knowing the person's name wont do it. you need to do more work

just put username on one line and password on the next and it gets auto-censored. pretty neat trick. might be able to use that to your advantage somehow.

1. Kidnap them, make sure you take their phone
2. Beat them until they tell you their password
3. Use password to log in to their facebook authentication
4. Use their phone/e-mail if they have two-step
