How do I stay asleep in the mornings? It seems like any time a little bit of sunlight trickles into my room, I'm awake, like today, where I woke up a full two hours before my alarm and spent 45 minutes trying to sleep again before giving up. I also wake up a lot during the night.
It wouldn't be a problem if I didn't crash hard around 10-11 every day. By the time 4 pm hits, I'm just completely exhausted.
It sounds like you could have sleep apnea. Either way I would see a doctor about this. Its not a serious condition but its nice to just get a full nights rest every now and then.
If not, get some black out curtains or try getting used to wearing an eye mask

this, black out your windows, it fixed the same problem for me

Thanks for the ideas. I wear an eye mask, and I have blackout curtains, but light still trickles through the dishes of the curtains and into the space between my nose and eyes. It's like my skin can feel it. I'm reluctant to put tinfoil or something on my windows because then I'm gonna feel like I can't ever open the windows and let light in, so my room would always be a cave. But it's a thought.
Any other ideas?
