Mom found out today that dad was cheating on her. Dad called me to call her, whatever. He is regretful, she is mad as hell.
Dad has always been a family guy, all he did was always for the family, he was honestly the best dad I could ask for and for that, I can't judge him too harshly. Mom is mad at him and for good reason.
How do I keep this shit together? I'm at work right now and can't go home to talk with them even though I could probably make some order.
If anything, how do I ask myself to go home from work? Or how can I help in this situation as much as possible?

Nigga, this situation, just don't get in the middle. They're gonna have to work this shit out themselves. If you go around trying to "fix" things you may just make things worse. You'll just have to deal with the fall out.

All in all, please remember that your dad is human, and humans make mistakes (resisting biology because of social norms, always a tough struggle).
Embrace your feelings, but you have to realize that this is mostly between your parents. Yes, he betrayed you too, but just focus on that. Your Mom can fight her own battles.
