Title says it all. I can go a couple of weeks without masturbating which isn't a major challenge for me, but I always end up creeping back to porn. I think my longest streak was something like three weeks.
I'm just afraid that my brain is broken and don't know what to do. I have a career and plenty of hobbies and friends, etc. The NoFap community is full of so much bullshit and psuedoscience I'm not sure if I even believe in rewiring, which makes me wonder if I'm a lost cause.
