The Venezuelan is talking up a good game but who knows how she'll really feel or act once in a relationship.
You seem to be taking both women completely at their own word and face value. See both, see who's a better match, a more loyal lifelong partner, male a choice, stick with it.

I swear I'm not trying to sound like a line from a cheesy romance novel for teen girls but, do want your heart thinks is right. Follow your gut, my man, if that means going for the French gal–go for it! If your gut says "go for the Venezuelan spitfire"–do it! A decision like this shouldn't be dictated by other people whatsoever, it should be up to you to decide which road you want to take; it's your life, live it to the fullest.

Go with Miss Venezuela, and go to Paris if you fancy a fling. The French are like that, pretty casual. Wonder she didn't do you there and then though.

Obviously Chicago is a lot closer sp proximity and heat = winrar I would say. Plus she sounds like a keeper, unless she's slutting it up and keeping you as a beta orbiter, possible but unlikely from what we've got to go on.
