How do I live with the fact people 6-8 years younger than me are millionaires and will live a fantastic life while I'll be lucky to land a 6 figure job by the time I'm 30 and it'll require me to work like a fucking madman?

because the person you are jealous of is a literal one in a million, so it's kind of a waste
Keep on working, you'll get there someday. Work hard and start working more. I believe in you.

>I believe in you
So insidiously funny
idk, for me it works by not placing my worth and happiness in money but friends, family and god, if you will
money does not actually make you happy, though the absence of it has a high chance of making you sad
basically, don't overvalue money, just make sure you have enough and find some nice people to spend your life with
Some people are born with incredible talent, drive and potential. Or wealth, or beauty or whatever.
Some aren't.
You can think of it like playing in hard mode? You have to compensate for not having all that. So compensate.
Feeling bad about yourself won't make you a millionaire, and getting a 6-figure job at 30, after working like a madman sounds like a damn good place to be, if you do the rest of your life right.
By realitzing that there are dog's that live better than homeless people.
