You can't, its in your nature. Take anxiolitics if it's that big of a deal to you. those help. But after accept it nothing much can be said. Living is harsh, death... meh.

Try the Bennington special and experience death for yourself. This way you won't have to fear the unknown anymore! Once you're back from being dead you'll laugh about it and how scared you were lol
I don't fear death anymore, cause I know he isn't there to hurt me. When I totaled my car last November I remember sliding off the side of the road and instead of fighting or whatever I was pretty content with just "yep I guess this is it" and kind of just laid my head back. Like yeah I probably should have died, but that's no big deal. No more school no more work, just nothing. I get being scared of death because it will hurt your family but it happens to literally everyone. Literally all of your friends and family will die so there is no point in worrying about when they do and the consequences that will come with it. Death is just kind of there man. The less I think about and talk about and worry about him, the better. It's like worrying about getting a job or going to college. Like yeah it may seem intimidating but everyone does it anyways so there isn't a reason to get worked up over it.

By accepting that death is inevitable, more inevitable than your next breath, and that all that matters is what you do before the curtain falls.

this doesn't work at all and doesn't dispel the cold terror that comes in bed when you really truly comprehend that this present experience will end
I'm not OP
