I applied to a position. I forgot to attach my application letter the first time round and resubmitted my application 2 days after with one.
It's going to be two weeks by this Wednesday. They still haven't replied. It says in the ad they were hiring immediately. It's online work (though full-time) for a biotech firm. I fill all the qualifications (STEM degree) and I have certifications for online classes from UC Berkeley and Chalmers, Sweden.
Have I been rejected?
How the fuck are we supposed to know? Contact them and ask.

You think it's not inappropriate?

Why would it be inappropriate?
>>18571251
"We'll call you. Don't call us."
>>18571255
That's a TV trope.
>>18571259
Are you working?
>>18571372
Yes. What does that have to do with anything?
>>18571408
Duh. Whether or not you have experience with what you're talking about.

Even if I didn't work, it's pretty common knowledge that you should follow up on your application if you don't hear back within a reasonable time.

I've heard a few about following up but most have said I shouldn't.
