Put your palms over your ears, and rapidly drum the back of your head with your fingers for a short moment
I have tinnitus, but I guess its not as serious as everyone else cause when I turn on a fan or an air conditioner it drowns out the sound. It really only affects me badly when I go from a very loud noise to silence very quickly.

Ah this shit. Tinnitus makes me go crazy at night just before sleeping. I bought a tiny water fountain that I switch it on whenever it's too quiet around. It fills the room with the sound of flowing water which I have found to be very soothing and my sleep is way better now.

You'll discover it comes and goes. Deafening at times, then barley audible othertimes. Learn to ignore it. Stop using earbuds.

You simply cannot ignore it when it's like a huge bell ringing inside your ears.

I think I may have it but haven't got it tested, but it's not bad. Are ear buds that bad? I don't like headphones since I like to be able to hear my surroundings outsid(Take an earbud out)

I had it after a concert for several days and I thought I was going insane.
I found this online:

It only gave me temporary relief, but I needed it for those moments where I felt like murdering someone
