By dealing with my oral anxiety through excercise.
do you drink enough water? Sometimes if you're feeling hungry it can actually just be that you need some good ol' H2O.
Also make sure you get enough sleep & try to manage your stress.
If you care about the physiology of stress, your body has 2 parts to the autonomic nervous system: Sympathetic and Parasympathetic, aka fight or flight vs. rest and digest. Sympathetic system is activated during excercise, stress, etc. and slows down unessesary functions, i.e. digestion, and increases fight & flight functions, i.e. adrenaline. Parasympathetic does the opposite.
Your body cannot distinguish stress from say, your hair being on fire vs. stress from something like an exam coming up. If you are under a consistent stress your body may begin to crave some kind of reward. For some people, eating causes the parasympathetic system to kick in and begin to slow your symapthetic system's functions. Therefore stress eating was born!
So like, masturbate or play video games or exercise or something. Good luck!

As also mentioned, exercise is a great start. Will exhaust the energy given to you by your symapthetic system! That and perhaps see a counselor or therapist, they could help you to find other outputs that will be personalized to you.
