>have depression since high school
>nothing too serious could always talk myself out of suicide before attempting anything dangerous
>keep it a secret from parents and doctor
>start taking claravis/actutane bc serious acne problems
>depression is common side affect
>brush it off since I already have depression
>depression gets 3x worse

Do pills or therapy actually work? I'm rather scared that everyone will start treating me differently, especially my family. I have the perfect relationship with them where they pretty much just leave completely independent and do whatever. I'm worried that they'll go full helicopter mode and I'll never have peace again.

I also have a lot on my mind about other things and could use some advice about those too. Any and all help is greatly appreciated
