How do you get into a top 30-20 college?
Lots of these colleges/admissions offices want their students to have a strong passion for some field, leadership in X area, when I have close to no representations of my passions in my extracurriculars. My ACT scores and my GPA are very competitive, but it feels like I will just have to continue being an absolute fraud. If youve ever read the short story Good Old Neon, you can picture me as the main character. My whole life ive been a fake... ive gotten where i am through luck, embellishment, looks, self-deception and it seems like im gliding on ice relying on it not to break (im white but my dad is half spanish, so i have faked a mexican accent and tell everyone im hispanic, everyone believes me) along with faking enjoyment and everything. Ive watched countless videos on youtube of "How i got into harvard' "how i got into yale" and most of them are either happy-go-lucky twinks who was president of 12 clubs, or mega-stacies... they all seem to live a fraudulent life (one fraud can identify another fraud), but they are content with it. I dont know why I am asking for help on continuing my fraud-spree when I'm highly experienced at faking everything... anyway... my extracurriculars include "starting a web design business in 10th grade"(learning html css and python in a few months and doing a few website projects, just for PROFIT... there is little passion here... just creating excess goods for the bourgeoisie...) Some fake ass volunteering hours, and gliding on the success of other people

Just be honest with yourself and ask what you're passionate about. Even if you didn't participate in every single club or extracurricular activity. Use what you have and have done and focus on bettering yourself, don't focus on things you didn't do. It's all about presenting the best of yourself and in order to do that you have to first identify what your best qualities and achievements are. That being said, it's smart to be a little realistic about things and not to expect you'll get accepted everywhere or anywhere that you apply. If you didn't take advantage of opportunities in the past, it is what it is, and it's hard to fix that now. Just be positive about yourself and have a little ambition.
