What have you gotten out of it?

I don't have any psychological conditions like bipolar or anything that needs medication per say, so not really talking about clinical psychologist. Nonetheless I'm very low functioning, highly neurotic, low in conscientiousness, and corrupted by death anxiety among other things.

It helped me to admit some things to myself that I had been downplaying for a long time. Therapy is not a miracle solution, but actually explaining yourself and your situation to someone out loud can be helpful for organizing your thoughts and drawing your attention to actually important things you might have been ignoring before. I only went 6-7 times but it helped me to get motivated to climb out of the slump I was in.
