So I'm a 24yo male and I can't stop saying "uhhh" and "like" all the time when I speak. Anyone have advice or tip and tricks to help me fix this issue. Im super aware of it and I'm tired of sounding like a god damn neanderthal

for the most part if you are aware you will slowly start to catch yourself before you say it. write down something on your hand to remind your self to talk slow and think about what you need to say before you say it.
also you can try swapping it out. instead of saying like or uhm i make a sound like 'kchk' kinda the sound of a gun. buys me time.
stop saying uhhh
I'm 29, do the same thing, and don't give a fuck. Don't feel so insecure.

It will take a lot of time but try to be aware all the time every time you are about to converse with someone. Sure it will come out a bit every now and again but if you're consistently aware of it it will slowly fade away as long as you try.
Try putting a note on you phone or something to remind yourself of it.
