Why not travel to a country you've never been?

For me. Traveling really refreshes my brain. It stuck out to me that you said you don't want to think. Because when I travel, it's like nothing matters to me. I get so immersed in the trip that nothing else in my life matters except for the "now". It's a liberating feeling Tbh. Even after returning home, I just feel so mentally clear and refreshed

Your original state as a soul is one of spiritual existence with no extraneous anxieties or sufferings weighing you down. However, this original state has been currently lost due to ignorance of your real self, Brahman, and your relationship to God, Parabrahman. Due to interaction with the material world and attachment to karmic activities, your mind has become agitated and you can no longer clearly perceive this original nature, what you refer to as just being. Like when a pool of water is disturbed, you can no longer see the ground underneath, similarly when you mind is disturbed and full of movement you can't perceive your original self. When one perceives this original self, he is said to be liberated from material existence and can just be eternally thereafter, such liberation is called Moksha. To work towards Moksha, the process of yoga is required. Yoga can be practiced by the chanting of the Hare Krishna mantra, by doing so you practice bhakti-yoga and gradually cleanse your consciousness of the material contamination and revive your original spiritual consciousness.
