Please tell me what avenues I can pursue in this situation.
On May 18 I ordered an unlocked gold 64gb iPhone SE. It was from a third party seller on amazon with very good reviews. I did my research... On the 25th it arrived I think. I had previously just had a bad experience with buying a used iPhone from a third party seller, so I thought if I bought new, I'd have no issues.
Well it turns out I was wrong. Often I get "no service" and the only thing that fixes it is either hard rebooting or safely turning it off then back on again. This happens so many times a day I lose count. It hinders the phone's ability to receive calls, and text. It's such a subtle problem that you wouldn't know it's there just by looking at the phone. I thought it was all my fault. Like maybe I just had poor connection. So that's why I waited this long.
Unfortunately since it's past the 30 day mark, there's nothing no one can do. Not amazon, not the seller. I'm shit out of luck and $422.
I made an appointment to go to an Apple Store, but what more can I do? Advice? I'm really lost and upset. I just wanted an unlocked phone for use with straight talk, not this

I have a bad advice: try buying phone not by brand, but by reviews and price.
>you will probably pay for service more than what new average android phone cost alone

I used to have an android. But I liked iPhone more. I was simply getting an iPhone with more space than my previous.

Why didnt you buy it from official seller then? And iPhones had problems in the past with signal. All you had to do was to touch the aluminium frame for it to lose signal. And it was simply faulty design.

It was more an opinion rather than advice.
I'm asking what can I do now. I didn't ask about iPhone vs. android.
To answer the question, I chose amazon due to price. $400 would be the price for a new 32gb iPhone SE. On amazon I could get 64gb for the same price.
I thought about buying from apple but wasn't sure
